Stack to Reach

2026 Mixed clay, Stainless, Aluminium 150×150×1800 / 170×170×1700 / 250×250×1260 / ø100×1400(mm)

What form might the invisible take? Stack to Reach emerges from the belief that what is earnestly wished for may be reached through the gradual accumulation of hope. Individual pieces of clay are shaped and stacked to form a tower. In this repeated gesture, each layer holds the trace of time and intention. The tower becomes a material record of an otherwise invisible longing, reaching toward something yet to come. Taking the form of furniture, the work brings this act of accumulation into the intimacy of everyday life. Rather than remaining apart from the rhythms of daily living, it occupies a familiar place, close at hand. Here, the unseen takes on a tangible presence, offering a place for wishes to gather, endure, and continue to grow.
